1st GEN. TECH ARTICLE QUESTION

When I click on the second link in the tech articles about homebrew steering shafts, I get a notice that says something to the effect that I am not allowed to access.

What am I doing wrong??

You are NOT doin anything wrong that sticky remedy did not work so it was removed
