I was impressed while back when one guy runs 8.5's another 8.8's i believe in a 1 gen truck one i think a getrag. I was wondering more about this myself, mike the guy we got our ol smoky pin from, in his sig his 92 dynoed over 600 hp. Said he broke the getrag and now runs a nv4500, i would like to now how that stick truck does in the 1/8 mile. Also hes running a set of twins i believe, but still a ve pump. Lets see some of these 1/8 times again guys, we hope to take the 93 we did all that work on a couple weeks ago to the track in a week or two, when the weather here gives us a break.

8.81 in the 1/8th. That converts to a 13.83 in the 1/4th. (A518 non lock-up).
1.85 60'.

DLittle thats quick, sure nothing else in the sig. No juice or water/meth. Is that slush box a A727 or the A518? 8.3s is unreal for one of these trucks. What else is REALLY up your sleaves. Were getting started right away on the 1/8 drag truck i mentined in another post. Got the wheels ordered 16x7 up front for some 10 plys and 15x15 out back for some monstor slicks 33x16x15. were puting the 93 motor we just finished in a 91 short bed 2wd chevy p/u, with a built 727. Hopefuly ive have some great numbers to post in a few months!

Nothing else but the mods in sig. That time was with about a 10-12psi launch.
