The Walking Dead, season 2, episode 1. I'm pretty sure I saw a 1st gen in the gaggle of cars abandoned on the highway. I'll replay it and try to get a pic.

I was correct, must have been a gasser though since if it was a cummins the hood wouldn't have been up

Probably was a Cummins. Someone took the opportunity to do a little side of the road engine removal when nobody was around. Least they could have done is closed the hood after taking it.

another first gen truck............

Saw a real clean 1st gen Club Cab in a Steve Austin flic but can't remember the name of the movie. He played a forest ranger or something and was driving a Blue and silver 4x4 with the Cummins fender markings.

The only problem was the sound man that dubbed the sound used a gas motor sound as the truck accelerated and it "just didn't seem right"....

Nice truck though.

And Twister, with the red ext cab, some scenes have a 1500, and there are a couple scenese with a 2500 that is a V10, you can see the 8 bolt rims in a few takes.

It's cool seeing these trucks on TV, but they are going to catch the investor's and tuner's eye and we won't be able to afford them anymore.

What was the Chuck Norris movie with the Ramcharger with the superchargers? It was pretty lame though, you had to turn the supercharger on with a toggle switch. Yeah.

There was also a movie, Maximum OD, maybe, it was about a couple kids who cut off an old truck and it was stalking them. Old dually Dodge, it got turned over upside down, and the driver kept revving it and it flipped over upright again.
Is maximum overdrive a recent flic cause I looked it up on youtube and it was from 86 or something like that which predates a first gen so was it a gasser dually or a different movie?

The movie 8 Seconds has a nice Crew Cab Dually in it, mid 80's gasser but it's sharp.
