1999 2500 front brakes

Does any one know if you can switch brake rotors hub and bearings from a 2004 to a 1999 2500. that way you can change rotors with out pulling the bearings.

im not overly sure but I think the 01-02 would be closer....as you don't have to pull any bearings to swap rotors on those last 24v trucks
