My first first gen was a W350 non dually. The rear leaf pack will have one more spring than the W250's

It's a clean truck but sorry it use to be a DRW truck somebody has swapped bed and rear axle around is all . doesn't make it worth any less in Value . I mean if you want to pick it apart grill has been changed also . so what else has been changed is yet too be seen .

Yep, the sticker confirms it as a dually, by both the GVWR at 10,100 LBS, and the X by the word "dual". Another small clue is that the truck has cab lights, which all duallies are required to have by law, due to the vehicle's width. From the factory it would have also had three red identification lamps on the tailgate.
True, many SRW trucks came with cab lights, but all duallies did.

Could have been a cab swap. Wouldn't the front hubs have to have been changed as well to swap too single wheel? My bet is it was a cab swap onto an already single wheel truck.

changing the hub's is easy the amount of work done too that truck makes you think maybe it was wrecked at 1 time and not turned into insurance company and just rebuilt ?

Not saying it's hard, just odd to swap from dual wheel yo single. That's a lot of work to downgrade.

I'm with Simplysmn, especially after seeing that aftermarket grill. Check the motor date and compare it to the build date.
