1993 250 auto transmission shifting too soon

My tps went out a while back so I did the potentiometer and it worked fine, a couple of weeks ago I had a leak in my transmission line at the bend in front of tranny. I couldn't find the line in stock and had to have my truck so we cut the line and put in a piece of braided hose with clamps, no leaks but now it shifts into 2nd at 10mph then 3rd and od between 25 and 30 mph any ideas on what is causing this??? also my od switch will not work.

Is your throttle valve cable adjusted? I have an aftermarket valve body and those shift points you listed sound about right for a modified VB. I can't remember what the stock shift points were.
