1992 auto

this winter hope to install bigger rad in truck, need better cooling. any advice and results from those who have done this? already have the bigger dodge intercooler.

I see a guy a the Carlisle show every year that fit a 2nd gen radiator into his '92/'93 Cummins truck.
It will work with the larger 2nd gen intercooler I am assuming your are talking about already having.

If it was me I would be looking at adding an extra fan cooled transmission cooler [like the OEM dealer option] as that is the likely culprit of your excessive heat.

so as a rule my trans does not get that bad, as i have a gague for it. that bieng said i think a am going to delete the trans tank and lines that warm up the tranny on cold days.

I would not suggest removing the factory OEM heat exchanger from your auto truck. If you do not have a problem with your auto getting hot, you very likely will after removing the exchanger.
That is the main way your auto is cooled. That little plate cooler behind your grille is not enough.

thanks for that i thought it just was for warming up the tranny faster. i have a big aftermarket good cooler in it now.
