150# Valve Springs
150# Valve Springs
How would my truck perform with these I'm converting over to P-pump and putting governor springs in it and looking to get bout 350-400 hp after swap I found these 150# springs on Industrial Injection's site for sale for 155.00 and tought that ain't bad. So would these be too stiff or would I be fine?
Probably going to wipe the lobes off your cam.
I assume you are doing a 4k kit on the P-pump? The "60 psi" springs will be fine for that, the 150 # springs are for a wild cam and I'd consider them a race only part. For a 3k kit no spring upgrades are needed.

Daves advice right on for springs. dont go with 150 lbs. a 350 hp properly built ve pumped truck runs better than a 350 hp p-pumper from my experience. variable timing in the ve is one reason.obviosly for 500+ hp go p-pump! plan on lots of supporting mods required to use the power however.

Having said that, a 350rwhp VE will still be faster than a 350rwhp P-Pump.
