Get the 8" Skyjacker "Gas" lift kit .. that will bump you up to 11" with your already installed body lift .. if you get anymore then that you will need to extend your front driveline. Here is my truck with just the 8" lift and 39.5" boggers .. I'm 6'1" and the top of my head is even with my bed rails .. so its pretty big, and with 11" you could easily clear 42's .. you could go bigger, I just say 42's because thats the street legal limit in WA

Nothing, some people claim they "sag" due to the overbearing weight of mr. cummins .. I've had mine on there for many years with no problems

what gearing were you running with those 39's or even stihl what are you running for gearing? how was the truck for being drivable? this is my daily driver. fueling up dosent bother me to much since being in highschool i dont really have much to spend my money on.

Stock gears, with lockers both front/rear .. driveability is great because the engine is beefed up, without engine mods I would not suggest simply slapping 40" tires on a truck and calling it good. I get ~13mpg regardless of in town / highway.

Boggers handle pretty horrible on pavement I would not recommend them for a daily driver .. they wear very quickly and you will notice a majority of your tread gone within 3-4 months. I have a set of 38x14x16.5 Toyo Open Country MT's for pulling long road trips.

My wheels are 16.5x14 Weld Super Singles .. more then 10" of my tire sticks out past the outside edge of my fender flares with no spacers. The word balloon is an understatement

Here is a pic of my truck with 13", no blocks and no bodylift, cross over steering, the works, no Cummins, but my springs would hold them fine.. I run 44" boggers, like others said not to go for daily driver, but fun in the mud and sand..
I'm sure you seen it before, but hey I like showing it off!!

Approximately 10 inches of lift, all suspension, no body lift. Clears 38x15.5's like they're nothing. All stock 3.55 gears, NV4500 conversion from crappy automatic, but lots of engine mods.

Iwas running 410 and on average was getting 16 to 18 mpg with the 37's i had on there first if you want a really nice looking and handling tire and dont want to go big i would say run a goodyear mt 37x12.50x16.5 tire not much road noise n they handled great As for the 39's they were a michellin 325-85R-16 they were rated for like 5500 lbs per tire I had the crossover steering and dual stablizer's and it handled Great the rim's were a 16x10 I will dig some pictures up it's hard for me to post pic's on here so if you shoot me a e mail address i will get you some pictures .
