Ok so what ive learned so far, correct me when im wrong, the best way to do this is turn up the fuel screw first(external one) then start adjustsing the internal smoke screw and starwheel, and you only have to worry about the runaway when turning up the smoke screw? yey or neh

 

no you have to worry about runaway when turning up the fuel (full power) screw. that one on the backside of the pump make sure you have a piece of wood ready.
