Re:ZERO PLATE...for #4?

what kind of egt's do you guys see w/ a #0 plate, from what I'm reading on here I'm burning up w/a #10 , is there anything you do to keep them cool besides the obvious, scotty, HX-40, etc. thanks, Dusty

Re:ZERO PLATE...for #4?

I can hold it all day long with 1250 degrees on the gauge in just a hair forward than stock location....with AFE Mega-Cannon, and 4'' exhaust...if i stayed with just THE PLATE...i'd be good...but knowing how bad-a$$ my other truck was, i'm putting all the goodies on this one....so, 1250 degrees WOT uphill empty...otherwise..no EGT problem.....do you want it?

Re:ZERO PLATE...for #4?

cumminzpower,<br> I just read an old post of yours about the 2000-2500 degree for 2 min. run that melted your old truck, man alive I don't feel so bad about my guage going to 1500 degrees for 10 seconds or so anymore. as far as the #0 I'd love to have it, but all I have is a #10( part # 8313 from city diesel) would that help you any???? let me know if you'd be interested in my #10, also I don't have my stock plate anymore, the da*# thief who stole my toolbox wound up with it. let me know something. thanks, Dusty
