Talking yall aint goin to beleive this

My truck died the other day pulling into the funeral home.Didn't have time to mess with it so I just got it towed .Went out today and started to mess with it.I hooked up my electric primer pump that I installed a couple months ago to make changeing the fuel filters easier. And makes it easier to start after working on fuel related problems anyway.I opened the bleeder screw on top of filter housing and no fuel. started checking lines all seemed to be fine.So I went and got 5 gallons of fuel dump in it.And let my electric pump prime the system and she fired right up .So I guess my sending unit is bad it was showing a quarter of a tank.So any ideas guys. Also have a good laugh about this one on me.

You won't see me laughing at you. It really stinks when you run out of fuel with these trucks. That happened to someone I know the other day and it took them a while to get all the air out .
