Alright, I'm trying to find out the difference in applications of "wide" vs. "narrow" bearing input shafts for the NP241. Going to check right now if I have DLD or DHD, but I can find a "wide" bearing input shaft no problem. Is the bearing case-specific, or is it just matched to the shaft? In other words, I could just put a wide bearing on my new "wide" bearing shaft if I already have a narrow in it?

Thanks to anyone that can clear this up. I'm all questions lately because I'm swapping in a stick, and now I have a push to get it all done....we just bought a 27' camper that will smoke the auto for sure. Thanks again!
