Wheel rub

Have a 95 2500 4x4, just put 37x12.5/17`s on it..looks great but wheel hits control arm when turned all the way to left..any suggestions? No clearance issues as far as height

Don't turn the wheel all the way left.

I would make some kind of stopper to prevent the wheels from turning that far. Only other choice would be a wheel spacer (maybe a thick washer on each lug, but I wouldn't do it on a loaded truck or tow vehicle).

Please, for the safety of the rest of us on the road, DO NOT use washers for a wheel spacer. That's straight up hill-billy stuff right there.

Either limit your steering or change wheels to the correct offset.

If you must use spacers, at least get a good quality set and red loc-tite them on.

The washers were a joke....just incase anyone is thinking of actually doing that.

BTW, loctite on lugnuts is a big no-no. Just torque them to the proper spec and call it a day.

I meant loctite on the original studs that will be holding the spacers on. They'd be hidden, and most likely never get checked.

I've never heard of the "no-no" regarding loctite. What's the logic behind it?
