what's my next mod?

I have slid the stock plate full forward, afc full forward, AFE stage 1 intake, and I strait piped it yesterday. I probably have 1 more mod left, then I'll have to wait a while for some more funds. What is my next mod? 370's, or GSK? What would be the best mod for the money? Should I grind my stock plate to a #0 or #100? My gauges will be here on Monday. Just noticed I haven't changed my sig. I sold the 99 and bought a 96 2wd, auto, bone stock. I'm still learning about the 12v.

I would grind the plate and do the GSK ( washers or springs)
If you put this in the performance forum you will probably get a little more exposure.

With the auto trans, you are gonna wanna look at trans mods before you get too deep into the performance mods

Look into a Trans-Go shift kit to help out your trans for a while... Eventually, even with the higher line pressures and increased flow to it the TC will die on you. In which case if you don't plan on doing a whole lot in the line of mods then just throw a single disc billet TC at it and call it good (unless the transmission is slipping or you tow heavy, drag race, and/or sled pull)

I have been investigating upgrades since the diesel showdown in Tulare I have determined that before I get to my goal of 400 ponies, I think I am about 230 now, build the transmission up to handle it next, then build the horsepower. My trans is already starting to hurt.
