Transmission Has A Temper!
Transmission Has A Temper!
Why when its cold outside, even at operating temp, does my auto tranny act like a lazy teenager? But if its nice outside, say over 60 degrees, It has no problems hooking up right from the slightest throttle. Sometimes when it gets down in the 30's and even though the tranny is up to temp, I will have to rev it almost past 2k rpm to get it to even start moving. I just dont get it. Any inputs?
trans
fluid will expand when hot. sometimes border line full will act up cold. really wont hurt trans if it is 1 quart overfull. dont like to go more than that. i have built them since 1964 never had one tear up for being a little overfull
