TPS won't adjust!
I'm trying to get the tps set to 1.2vdc and can't get it that high.Have reemed the holes as much as possible to allow for more rotation and can only get to 1.08vdc. Reads 3.51vdc at full throttle. How critical is the last couple of tenths of a volt for the idle set.Do I just need to buy a new one.
By the way I'm adjusting it because the trans has a shudder sometimes in o.d. underload when the speed is close to kick down rpm.Once up in the rpm's some there are no problems.Am I chasing the right problem?

I put mine in a mill last night and pretty much made the holes twice as long. Got mine to read 1.37 volts at static, and about 3.5ish at full throttle.
At stock, it was only 0.7. After removing the metal sleeves, I got it to 0.9, and with a bit of work with a file, I got a full volt. At that point, I decided to get serious.
TC lockup seems to be much better now.
