I m pulling my 21 foot ski boat and I noticed that the clutch doesn't engage until the pedal is almost all the way out. Is there an adjustment on those or is it time for a new one. Its got 235,000 on it and its original. THanks in advance.

I'd say you got your moneys worth out of the original.
