Stainless fuel lines
Did a search and could only find the diameter for the return line, being 3/8" right?!
What size is the feed line...1/2"?
Has anyone tried using stainless steel for both feed and return lines, i'm thinking of just running sections along the frame with short rubber lines at either ends where it needs to flex.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Cheers!

Sweet! Thanks for the dims. Only reason considering 316 stainless is that i'm on a job right now and there's quite a surplus, it'll only get thrown out, and figured why not. It'll outlive the truck, but my only concern is with the cold weather months and increased fuel gelling, if any difference from rubber lines.
Anyone know?
Cheers

The metal lines may cool down faster but the fuel in them will ultimately reach the same temp.
Way I see it it will make little difference.
If I could get the stainless line for free that's the route I'd go also.
