Just had my auto transmission built. Works great, went on 1300 mile trip hauling heavy heavy gooseneck trailer load. 300 miles in, spedometer and odometer quit. Sending unit? Worked great for 300 miles, so (having reseached the issue on this site) I'm not convinced that the unit was rotated wrong when it went back in. Could it have been put in at a wrong rotation and worked 300 miles? How and where is the wire connected?
