Slid plate and AFC full forward

Hey everybody, I just got my Dodge about a month ago. Based on info I read on here, I slid my plate and AFC housing full forward. I didn't feel any difference in power. I also installed the BHAF, and removed my cat. Am I expecting too much? The truck had only 92,000 miles on it, when I got it. It was very well maintained and no mods done before I touched it. Some guys say not to put the plate full forward. Exactly how far from full forward?

you should just be seeing alittle more pre boost fuel. not gona make that big of a difference. you are probally gona have to put a differnt cut plate in. not sure what to reccomend with the stock auto trans. but i would guess maby a plate from a 210 pump. #5 maby (just guessin on that *)

Don't you mean 215 pump??? TurboChris, do you have an auto or a 5spd? A #10 plate would be a good choice to use. I have it in mine and it really woke the truck up!!!!!!

save ur money and grind a 10 plate. Make sure u have gauges first though, And ur tranny might not like it. The Plate will show performence when u get above 6psi boost im pretty sure. The afc and starwheel will help the pre-boost fuel tuning. And if u have a stock auto, that won't help performence at all, u could have 500hp but if ur TC and VB aren't upgraded, u wont notice much power gain unless ur Locked up in overdrive because the trans will just suck up the power and kill it.
