I was wondering if it was common to have a shudder under a load when at wide open throttle excellerating? Sounds like the transmission is making a wierd noise too. Its a 5 speed, dont know if the bearing is going out...

 

The "shudder" might be a slipping clutch??

 

ha, now that you say that, the clutch feels kinda weak, I dont know if it is the original, but the truck has 215,000 on it.
