short block or long block?
can anybody tell me the difference in these engines. Is it like the difference in the short and long block 350 gas moters. Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but i haven't seen a long block diesel.

i can only find the 215 pump on the long block supreme cpl 2175 $4400,this sounds very tempting but they also have 230 hp engines for $5500 to $6600 will the 230 hp engine work in my application?
