P7100 mods

on the very back side of the pump towards the filter housing there is a cover that comes off with a tamper wire on it. what is there and can it add power. it is not where the fuel plate is.

I Am no pump expert but that is where you can adjust your govenor arm
under that plate I don;t know of any power mods from that end But I am sure someone knows on here if there is
