NV4500 broke again...
I have a '99 1 ton 4X4 that the transmission broke again. This is the third time. #1 made it about 100,000 miles. #2 lasted about a month. #3 lasted 1 month beyond the warranty. This truck is one of my company vehicles that I don’t think the guy driving is the problem. The reman transmissions came from Six States. I have used them in the past with no problems, but I am starting to wonder. Do you guys have a source that you would recommend?

What is breaking? A misalignment anywhere between the flywheel to the transfer case can stress it enough to cause premature failure.
