Not a bad days work

Well today I spent the entire day stripping the donor truck for the body and trans.
I am going to use the entire body on 00 body on my 95.
Lots of work and lots of skinned knuckles, but I learned alot about these trucks.
I took the bed off earlier this week and did the rest today after I made room in my shop.
The cab is just sitting on the mounts and it is all ready to come off.
Not as bad a job as I thought it would be.
I asked a question earlier a week or so ago about using the backing plates brakes and drums off of the 00 rear on my 95. They are reportedly smaller in dia. and I could use the wider wheel on this truck for a bigger tire.
Any ideas?
Here are a couple pics.

My hats off to you. Thats one helluva project.

On the wheels/brakes issue. I am running wheels from a 2000 on my 98. The wheels are the wider aluminum model and my 98 came from the factory with the skinny steel wheels. I took the drums to my local machine shop and had him take 1/8" off the OUTSIDE the whole way around....the new wheels fit perfect now.

Not sure if you're in the same boat, but thats what I had to do to run the wider wheels.
