I'm new to the diesel world so bear with me. Would it be possible to convert an 89-91 non intercooled cummins to an intercooled version? I know I would most likely have to replace the turbo and add an intercooler and all the plumbing. What else would be involved and is it possible?

 

Yes its possible. All you need is a second gen intercooler and some tubing. I dont think you need to replace the turbo.
