No power to Shut Off Solenoid?
Unplug the solenoid and hook a jumper wire from the negative battery post to the blk/tan wire and another jumper from the positive to the red/vio.
If the solenoid doesn't jump up by itself the solenoid is the problem. Try cleaning the innards first before replacing.
If it does pull up about the last thing you haven't checked/replaced is the brown wire from the start to the relay.
Beware when you jump the solenoid lift coil, it draws a lot of juice and will melt the jumpers in a flash if they are too small.
