Just incase anyone wants to know. The wire you want to ground to check the O/D solenoid is b21 on PCM. It is the only brown wire in the middle plug. Atleast this is what it is for late 96-97.

The pickup shifts just fine. It just want go into O/D. I'm thinking the O/D solenoid is out because I tried shorting it out to force it into O/D and it still wouldn't go in. Or I'm thinking its the speed sensor because I dont have CC either.
