Tell me a little more about the DTR of Va. MEDICSHAWN the Cummins dealers here don't want to do anything to increase performance on a diesel if it is not emissions legal. Lot of smoke; More Power. I have done all the work to my truck myself up til now but I want someone who knows what they are doing to set the timming. 1997 3500 Xcab 4WD 12V w/300+ Hp. 719+ TQ. Thank you for your reply.
