I think BD power had some modded pumps for a decent price, might want to check into that before you get a new 215.

A stock reman pump from Pensacola is around 750.00. "hot" pumps built to your specs I chose 350 CCs at 100 strokes. That's around 850.00. And to add 191DVs and a 4k its 1250.00 all have a 300.00 core.

Have you recieved/installed your pump from Pensacola Diesel yet? I sent them a message asking the difference between their $725 and $825 pump since the ad does not say much.

Not sure which route I want to take yet.

I see Diesel Care & Performance has a pump "set to 245HP", but I don't know if that's internal or just means they have a fuel plate on it.

U.S. Diesel is $1089 + an $800 core...I'd be tempted to just get the $725 pump from either the above named places, pay the $300 or $400 core and keep my old pump? Does anything make the U.S. D pump any much better?

OK as some of you may know my good old p7100 bit the dust about a month ago. SO I purchased pensacola diesels "HOT" pump and I think ill do a little right up about the first thousand miles and what I think so far. Ok so hear we go I purchased the pump and there stage 2 injectors that give 70-90 hp over stock I had them installed at the same time as the pump. The pump is set up to flow 350 cc at 1000 strokes. and timing is at 17* I will be lowering the timing in the next few weeks. To be honest at first I was a little upset it felt like my other pump with the #10 actually maybe a little slower. Turns out I had a fuel leak. One of the fittings was not tight and the star wheel needed some tweaking. After that it felt like it had roughly the same power as my old pump with the #10. Keep in mind this is with the stage 2 sticks. So I ran like that for about a week. This weekend I was bored and decided to pull the afc off and put in some tst springs. when I got the afc off I noticed the plate was in the stock position. so I pulled the plate to take a look at it. Its pensacola diesels own custom plate. Its a very interesting design if any one wants pics shoot me a message. Anyway I put the #10 on and tweaked the afc both at full forward last night I went for a test spin. WOW She can easily break loose in 2nd and in chirp in 3rd. it feels like a 35% improvement in power over what it was when I first got the new pump installed. The next things on my list are a 3k gsk and turbo/4 inch but that will be a few months for now im loving this power. I estimate im in the 400 hp region I hope to dyno it June 9th to find out for sure ill keep you guys posted. So far im really liking this pump. the only things I bummed about is that there were break off screws on the afc and that pensacola said she would run up to 3100-3300 rpm. she doesn't only to the upper 2k range.
