Lower ball joint problem HELP

I changed the lower and upper ball joints but they still wont align because they said the lower passenger side is bad??? So I pulled it back apart and upon closer inspection the lower ball joints seat (angle part) is worn some WFT it didnt break off or anything like that. So how do I go about fixing it its part of the whole dam axle assembly. Kinda need this thing fixed as Im heading to Canada SOON and I am need of a alignment.
