low boost pressure
Hey I put on the 3k gsk kit last night and my boost maxes out around 20 or so. A friend of mines truck goes to 30+ easily. I have not done the timing yet could that be the problem?

If its not your waste gate,
that air line that goes to the AFC and turbo is probably slit, YOu might also want to check your intercooler boots and if you have recently removed the intake hat from the truck, make sure that you tightened down that 7/16 nut on that clamp, that has potential to get loose and it can also cause boost pressure loss....
