Can anyone tell me the location of the vehicle speed sensor on a 1995 3500 4x4 ctd?

 

Transfer case on a 4wd
Tail end of the tranny on a 2wd

Does your speedometer work? That's how I test them.
Don't mark my words but I recall either $28 or $32 at Napa for a new one.
Last time I replaced one it ended up not being the problem and Napa let me return the new one.
The problem on the rig I was working on ended up being a bad connection at the PCM.
