45 psi after that they float the head

 

I would agree with edy my HG popped at 42psi but that was with the stock turbo. If you get it studded and ringed depending on what size and kind of ring you could hold alot more. Im runnin haisely's firerings and they are supposed to be good till 80psi.

 

how much psi are you making with the 64 now?

i cant push it past 42 psi high elevation here!!!

 

I have had no problems at 40 psi.

 

im getting 55psi out of mine with no problems. O-ringed and studded here!

ditto, o-rings and studded, should be near 60 here soon. Probably better adjust the wastegate though...
