i started a thread a few weeks ago about blowby, determined i had a bad cyl. anyways i pulled it apart, # 6 hole has a big lip up at the top of the cyl wall. so.. that jug needs to be machiened to work right again. how hard is it to get the block out of this thing? oh.. its a 95 3/4 ton auto.

When we removed mine we took everything off the front end but left the ac lines connected then it came out rather effortlessly. It took about 4-5 hours the dissassemble the entire front end.

Take everything off the front end and just move the condensor and lines out of the way, dont have to disconnect.

It would be nice, but if you were pulling #6 you would have to pull the engine out anyway..
