how do i remove a speedy sleeve?

how do i remove a speedy sleeve?
my 98 already has a speedy sleeve on it and it is grooved. how can i remove it to install a new one? thanks!

I always used a chisel, but flat ground one side so it set flat against the shaft so it wasn't as easy to dig into the shaft.

I have see others use a cut off wheel, but I never trusted myself that well.

Where is it? I've used a couple pry bars to get a speedi-sleeve off the back of the crank on a botched rear main seal job.

it was on the front of the crank but i got it using a chisel. thanks!
