hey guys i bought a used turbo to replace my shot hx35, got it at a good price but the desc. was (i think its a hx35 tag missing) i bought it cuz it came from someone with an ebay store full of turbos and figured it a good bet he knew what it was problem is it has no wastegate not missing but not equiped w/one and the oil supply is on bottom and drain on top so it appeares to be the way im looking at it is there a non w/g hx35 and if so how do you regulate the boost pressure? mabey a pop off valve of some kind? but where does it go? anyway here are all the casting #s on it any advise greatly welcome and if anyone knows what it is please let me know thanks

It fits a cattywhampus APEX dredge with twin upside down, horizionally opposed five cylinder porpane eaters. Just kidding of course, but it is closer to fitting that than yours in all probablity.
