Help! Coolant leaking between cyl 1 & cyl 2 under cyl HEAD!!!

boost leaks? uh oh....i know the DS boot is, well, bad, and repaired...for now.
Would a leak on the intake side of the engine really change drive pressures at a given load and throttle opening (basically speaking, if i had 32psi at X rpm, and Y load, would a leak generate MORE drive pressure? Or are we only talking the drive pressure increase to obtain the same boost level with the leak?
