Head torque HELP!!

I'm putting the head back on my engine. The book says to torque all the head bolts to 66 ft/lbs, then torque just the long bolts to 89 ft/lbs, then add 90* to all the bolts. I don't know if this is correct or not since I've read on some other sites to torque them all in 5 ft/lb increments all the way up to 125 ft/lbs. I don't want to have the new gasket fail with the high boost I'll soon be running (40-45psi). What do I do?????!?!?

Pick one and go with it. The torque turn method is there to eliminate inconsistencies caused by different or insufficient lube.
