This time last year I had the head planed and new gasket installed. Suposed to have been the marine head gasket. Any hoo - just noticed today I have a small leak showing on the outside of block on passenger side and had to add about a quart to radiator. I'm still between jobs and can't afford to have new gasket installed. Any ideas to keep me going that won't do any damage?<br><br>Thanks for the help,<br>Gene

 

It maybe too late...but check you head bolts torque...thats free....if the gasket has already blowen to the outside the only fix is to replace it

 

Put some BARS stop leak in the radiator. And take it EASY on the boost. This will last a long time. Believe me.....I know! <br><br><br>J.R.

Neither quotes. <br><br>Maybe things will turn around in the workplace for ya. <br><br>On a good note, the Bars leak will help a gasket that leaks to the outside, but if it is getting sucked into the combustion chamber you need change it before you roach some parts.<br><br>Don~<br>
