GSK install tool problem

GSK install tool problem

What did you guys use to pull those square nuts off? I dont have have a square (8 pt) socket that big here and sears, autozone, and advance quite selling them I tried using a pair of needle nose vice grips and that was no dice.

Which square nuts?? I don't remember any square nuts anywhere when I did my GSK?

Pulled the 7/8" plug under the fuel shut off solonoid behind the linkage. Barred the motor over and got the springs to come up. They had a center post like the directions show but the retaining nut looks like a 9/16" square nut.

Nevermind. I got it now. Combo of bad directions xerox copy and my own terminal case of of dumb a!! Sorry guys. One the good note I did git the #10 plate in.
