Grinding noise help

Hey guys,

A few days ago I started hearing a grinding noise coming from the drivers side of the motor. It happens between 1200-1600 RPM cruising/mild acceleration. At WOT or decceleration it's gone. Its the same when i pull the throttle cable too. I'm worried that my injection pump is on it's way out. Any ideas??

Thanks in advance!

more of a barking/chirping noise...it might be my tensioner pulley assembly; it looks like it's a little crooked, so I think the bearings might be shot??

when you take the belt off check all of the pulleys. you can remove the belt and start it to see if the noise is gone but dont run for longer than a minit or two if that

Finally replaced the pulley a few weeks ago. Turns out that was the culprit.

Thanks for all the help cj360!
