Fuel Pressure...too much?

Fuel Pressure...too much?

is there such a thing as too much fuel pressure for the p pump. i have in my possession a Ford 6.0 frame mounted fuel pump and it delivers up to 65 psi. is this too much or will i be fine puttin it in my fuel system?

If you're not running big power, leave the stocker on. Very reliable.

Fuel pressure over 45 psi can blow out internal injection pump seals causing fuel to leak into your oil. $$$

High pressure can also crack the fuel filter.

The reliable, long lived stock mechanical lift pump will easily support 600hp.
