front end

I have a 98 3/4 ton and my right steering knuckle needs to be replaced because the hole where the tierod goes into is worn.I cant find a used one but a freind has a 04 junked and I was wondering if it would fit.if Anybody knows I would apprieciate it thanks

Nope, 3rd gen, 2003 up went to AAM axle, actually I think only 94-98 will fit, 99-2002 are different spindles.
