first oil change in truck

Hey all. I about to buy all the fluids to change all the lubricants in the truck. a few Questions;

1) Are these capacities correct off the Amsoil website?
and do I add a quart to engine to account for filter?
CAPACITIES
Engine, without filter..........10.0 quarts
Manual Transmission, NV4500..........8.0 pints
Differential, 4WD with Dana 80 Rear..........10.0 pints
Differential, with Dana 60 Front..........7.6 pints[5]
Transfer Case,NP231, 233..........2.5 pints
Transfer Case,NV241HD W/ PTO..........10.0 pints
Transfer Case,NP241HD..........6.5 pints
Transfer Case,NP241..........5.7 pints

2) which transfercase do I have in my 1996 2500, with 5sp and 12v? is there a good way to identify it?

3) with limited slip differentials...I was told there is an additive to add with the gear-lube. any recommendations? is that the Mopar Trac-loc additive.

Thanks for the help...that should be all the questions...for now!

I run the AMSOIL throughout mine and I put a full 3 gallon in the engine with a filter change. The other capacities I found were a little on the fat side. My drivetrain did not hold as much as the website dictated, so you will have a little extra. Better that than not enough!!

I think 11qts is like 2.75g, but I usually just end up dumping the extra .25 gallon in anyway.
