Finally found my tranny fluid leak

I'd been crawling under my 96 4x4 looking for the leak for weeks and never could find it. I disconnected the clamps that hold the two lines together, cleaned everything off and still no leaks. Then I re-clamped the lines together and lo and behold, the fluid started POURING out where the line goes into the heat exchanger on the side of the engine. I DON'T WANT A NEW FACTORY LINE, WHAT FITTINGS DO I NEED TO USE TO REPLACE THAT LINE WITH TRANSMISSION FLUID HOSE?

It was the short downtube from the heat exchanger. Had one made up at the local hydraulic hose place for $17 with NO plastic quick release crap in it!

I also don't intend on buying the factory lines while your looking at the lines the cooling lines that runs under and across in the front of the transmission that run together can rub a hole in each other. I insulated the lines by cutting some hose and sliding it on between each line. Beware of the cheap plastic connectors what ever called that hold the line together , the line can come apart and loose you transmission fluid. I used tie wire and hose clamps about ten years ago to keep that from taking place. I am sure its a band aid but it works
