Fat shoes up front or on back?

OK, I'm a little confused. I'm doing a rear brake job on my 1996 2500 2WD and am not sure which is the primary and which are the secondary shoes. The fatter shoes go on the back right? Which shoe is the primary and which the secondary. Man I love drum brakes...

You got it, fat shoe on the back. Small shoe is the primary.
