engine temp

Can anyone tell me what the normal operating temperature is for a 1998 dodge 2500 12valve cummins.thanx in advance

on mine its 195* F, it runs there all year long

mine runs at 175 and only gets to 190, w.o.t. up big grades with 6500 lbs. behind her. its got 4" exhaust every thing else is stock performance wise

it could be that your thermostat is stuck open, not allowing your engine to heat up under normal driveing, try puting a new 195 thermostat in it and so what happens.
