when you hit a bump front left wheel would star to wobble so jacked it up and found that the track bar was bad and center link so i replaced them every thing else looked tight still does it could the tire be out of balance or the steering stabilizer be wore out its a 95 3500 dualie, Thanks

 

Both are possibilities, but I would guess things like ball joints or shocks are more likely the culprit. If it's just the one side I would lean that way.
